Dr. Becky Jessup has been an associate veterinarian at Ashley Creek Animal Clinic since 2008.
Dr. Jessup graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. She then received her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from St. George University, Grenada in January of 2005 upon completing her senior clinical rotations at Washington State University in Pullman Washington. After practicing veterinary medicine for several years at a busy hospital in San Diego County, she and her husband Veterinarian, Scott Smiley, moved back to his home state of Montana
Dr. Jessup can routinely been seen trying to keep up with her two sons, or running agility courses with her border collie, Hermes. She and her husband Scott enjoy living and working in the Flathead Valley, raising their children here and taking care of their clients and pets whom they have come to love. In Dr. J’s “free time” she enjoys picking burrs out of her horse’s mane, pulling weeds from her garden, making up comical art projects for her kids, and writing stories that make people laugh.

Dr. Aurora Lambert grew up on a small farm on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska where she was very active in 4-H, FFA, and rodeo.
She received a Bachelors and Masters degree in Animal and Veterinary Science from the University of Wyoming. Dr. Lambert then earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Saint George’s University after completing her clinical training at Oregon State University in Corvallis. After graduation, Dr. Lambert practiced at a busy emergency and critical care hospital in Missoula. She settled down in the Flathead Valley in 2017.
Her veterinary interests include reproduction, surgery, and wellness exams. In her free time, Dr. Lambert and her husband Travis enjoys horseback riding, fly fishing, kayaking and camping, and pure-bred dog sports (agility, conformation, and rally-obedience). They share their home with two boxers and a boxer-lab, a Main Coon cat, four horses and seven chickens.

Dr. Rachel Vitous is an Illinois native who joined the team at Ashley Creek Animal Clinic in the Fall of 2022.
Dr. Vitous graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. She then received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University and completed her clinical training at Colorado State University. She loves being involved in new puppy and kitten visits and getting them started off on the right foot! Her other interests include internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, and reproduction.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Vitous enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, camping, and spending time with her husband Sam and their Golden Retriever Ruby. She looks forward to meeting both new and old clients at Ashley Creek, and discovering more of what the Flathead Valley has to offer!

After 34 years of dedication in veterinary service Dr. Charlene Esch retired in 2017, she will be missed!
